Given the transportation choices (e.g. shipping all to Spain and then all from Spain, and using air to ship across the ocean), I would imagine that transportation costs would be very high, especially when sending many small shipments. Perhaps Zara makes up for this with low inventory costs and spot-on demand satisfaction.

What they have done is file in accordance to Common Law in order to supersede Admiralty Law. Pay attention when they capitalize certain references. It is a filing and so must be "answered." The Law of the Creator/Creation is in fact basis of all Law. So for the "answering" Party they must claim reference under that Law or any "understanding" of that Law. The Hague may entertain this in their Court but even, as it reads, they are considered subject under the Higher Law and may not be qualified any longer.
