North Central Texas Director

Unparalleled high end District Director position is now available for the North Central Texas district.  This director will be responsible for establishing 30-35 Key Dealers in this district for the EZ Log Structures.
Dealer Cost is $55,000 which includes $100,000 worth of inventory of dealers choice. 
Directors commission is $2,100 on the first five containers sold in the district and then $3,000 per container forward.  Some dealers we expect will market 10 or more containers per dealership per year.

A booth is planned for the State Fair of Texas in September to unleash high exposure to deliver high margins for these dealers.   Several dealers are needed in the DFW area to deliver the units that will be sold during the fair to local customers.  The North Central Texas District Director will be working the fair with the other directors from other areas and share the booth days.  We expect local dealers to work the booth as well.  We plan to market the booth to all the horse and livestock breeders coming to the fair before they arrive as well as all the vendors at the fair.
We have several models that would make good tack rooms or garden houses.

This is the model we expect to have in the booth.
Retails for $4655.

This unit the Hoby Ebro Retails for $3449 and makes a great tack room.

This could be the model in the booth as well space permitting.
This Hoby Duero retails for $6,436.

National Hunting TV Show
A national hunting show on 4 channels has been acquired to promote the hunting cabins to some 20 million viewers.  The show is called Wingshooting USA TV with Scott Linden and runs in all 48 states.

Affordable Housing…..  I will keep in mind that just five  $20,000 structures retail is a container.
What if the research is half right that is 15 structures per month per dealer.  This is about 10 containers per year per dealer.  This being true the first quality retailer is worth $25,500 to me the first year and $30,000 every year after that.  If that dealer only sells 5 containers per year that dealer is worth $15,000 to me a year.   Two containers per year is worth $6,000 per year to me.  I will make the contacts to do this plan.
Based on the current market, a specialized shed dealer sells 30 sheds per month. It is assumed that a quality retailer of EZ LOG STRUCTURES USA should sell the same or more based on their increased value and their more diverse range of uses.
